PAC Food Forum

From the PAC Wellness Committee:

Palo Alto Community,

How many diets have you tried? Are you still scratching your head about what's healthy to eat and what's not? Wonder what others are going through, or what they've already figured out about healthy, high-energy eating? Still struggling to be disciplined about what you eat? The members of the Food Forum do not have "the" answers, but together we will figure out some of these things for ourselves.

The PAC Food Forum is a discussion and study group on food, diet and nutrition, sponsored by the PAC Wellness Committee. It meets regularly on 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at noon in the Ozuna 206 conference room. Bring something for lunch, and thoughts to share about food, diet, cooking, and nutrition. We're still developing our agenda. (What's in YOUR brown bag?)

What: PAC Food Forum
When: March 11th (2nd & 4th Thursdays), noon--1:00pm
Where: Ozuna 206 conference room
Who: Facilitated by Irene Scharf & Peter Van Dusen

Live Well,
PAC Wellness Committee
