Carson Appointed to WECM

Sharon Carson, a curriculum analyst for PAC’s Science and Technology Department, has been appointed to serve a two-year term (2008-10) as a member of the Texas Workforce Education Course Manual (WECM) Leadership Committee.

The WECM Leadership Committee is the advisory group that oversees the WECM maintenance process and other matters relating to workforce education in Texas community and technical colleges.

The WECM structures the statewide post-secondary technical course delivery system and provides currency and consistency in the skills and knowledge available to employers.
