Should I Stay or Should I Go...

The right answer is to turn around!

Today's Spring Break excitement is brought to us by the weather! Heavy rains began pouring down on campus today during the noon hour, and by 1 p.m., a portion of West Villaret Boulevard from Poteet Highway 16 leading into the college triggered a concern regarding safe passage on a portion of the road that was underneath a foot and a half of water.

Campus police was contacted, and in turn the San Antonio Fire Department, which erected barricades to deter drivers from attempting a risky water crossing. Recommendations for exiting the college is via the westbound Loop 410 frontage road. On entering the college, you may consider the entrance off Loop 410 (but you would have to be travelling west), or the entrance off Jennifer Street by W. Villaret Blvd.
Thank you to Steve Sosa for braving the elements and taking the above photo!
