Sunday's Express-News
There was column in Sunday's Express-News Views section written by Art Vega regarding the late Willie Velasquez, founder of the Southwest Voter Registration Education Project. It's well worth a read, and consideration by our PAC family, especially when you consider that Willie's wife, Jane Velasquez, is our Community Outreach Coordinator, and Carmen Velasquez, who heads PAC's Scholarship Office, is his daughter.
