Phone Issue Resolved

The phone issues identified earlier this morning have been resolved. The Alamo Colleges were experiencing a problem with inbound/outbound telephone calling. Several inbound calling trunks went down, and inbound telephone call capacity was degraded approximately 60%. As a result, some outside callers to the Alamo Colleges may have experienced busy signals when calling us.

The problem was diagnosed as a vendor issue, and AT&T corrected the issue. We are now back at full capacity.
