SAWS Employees complete PLC Certificate Course

Fifteen San Antonio Water Systems (SAWS) employees were recognized for completing the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) Certificate at Palo Alto College with a graduation ceremony, Sept. 23.

The certificate course was specifically designed for SAWS through PAC’s Corporate and Community Education (CCE) Division.

The graduates completed 216 hours of PLC training and 16 hours of Function Block training for a total of 232 completed hours. SAWS employees started the program in January and will receive college credits for their participation in the program.
