Bookstore Receives Two Awards

Congratulations to the Palo Alto College Bookstore, a Follett Higher Education Group member, on receiving two awards:

1. eXcellent Service Award for earning an outstanding Secret Shopper score of 100% during the April/May 2009 round.

2. eXcellence Award--Best in Region 25, for the largest dollar increase in book buybacks during Fiscal Year 2009.
