Horticulture Tomato and Pepper Plant Sale

The Horticulture Club is having a tomato and pepper plant sale on Friday, March 6 at the Palo Alto College Greenhouse. The sale begins at 9 a.m. and will continue until 4 p.m., or until the plants are sold. Please come support the Horticulture Club and get your Spring garden going!


PAC Recycling Update

The following information is provided by PAC’s Viva Verde Committee on the amount of poundage collected for recycling throughout campus:

January: 5,440 pounds
February: 4,240 pounds

Congratulations to the Viva Verde Committee and each of you for your recycling efforts!

Free Poetry Event


Dr. Jose B. Gonzalez, Professor of English at the United States Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT., will give a FREE poetry reading at Gemini Ink, 513 S. Presa, on Thursday, March 5 at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. Event is sponsored by the Society of Latino and Hispanic Writers of San Antonio. Dr. Gonzalez is the founder of LatinoStories.com
