LRC Dean Attends 128th Annual ALA Conference
Tina Mesa, Dean of Learning Resources, attended the 128th American Library Association Annual Conference in Washington, D.C., June 21 – 26.
This conference broke all previous attendance records with over 28,600 attendees being able to select from more than 300 conference programs offered at the Washington Convention Center and a number of surrounding hotels.
Program tracks included administration & leadership; authors, literature & cultural programming; children & young adults; collection management & technical services; digital information & technologies; human resources & staff development; issues & updates; research; transformation & innovations; and user services, reference & outreach.
