PACfest Update

I have some mouth-watering information today. This afternoon the PACfest Committee held a meeting with vendors and I was able to get a menu of food items to be sold during PACfest, April 26. They are:

Ruben--Brisket
Marcial--roasted corn
Marcial--agua frescas
Art--Sausage
Irene--Shrimp/Chicken kabobs
Leticia--Hamburgers/hot dogs
Phi Theta Kappa--Chalupas
Custom Foods--Brisket Plate
Upward Bound--Palettas
SGA--Fruit Cups
Staff Council--Frito Pies
Phi Beta Lambda--Chik-Fil-A
SLI--Cotton Candy/Raspas
Homer--quesedillas/bean & cheese tacos
Campus Ministries--Nachos
SOFE--Cheesecake

Coke will have two stands to sell sodas and water.

And of course, there are going to be about 16 booths selling novelties, so we should have plenty of foods, drinks and items to buy all day!
